Can't sign in?
Work through the usual causes: password, two-factor codes, recovery codes, and the temporary lockout.
Step by step
- 1Check the basics: the email you registered with, and the password — reset it if unsure (the reset link is valid for 1 hour).
- 2Two-factor on? Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Codes are time-based — if they're rejected, check your device clock.
- 3Lost the authenticator? Use one of your 10 recovery codes — each works once. Afterwards, regenerate a fresh set in Settings.
- 4Repeated failures lock sign-in temporarily — wait a few minutes, then try again or use the reset link.
Good to know
A reset email only arrives if an account with that email exists — no email usually means you signed up with a different address.
An expired invitation link (7 days) isn't a sign-in problem — ask your landlord to re-invite you.
