Add a property and rental unit
Create a rental unit with its lease details — or vacant, to fill in later. Each unit keeps its own lease, charges, documents and messages.
Step by step
- 1Open Properties and choose Add property. The address and unit are required — everything else can wait.
- 2Have a tenant already? Fill in the lease: the tenant's name needs both lease start and end dates, plus rent, deposit, and the lease currency (USD or RUB).
- 3No tenant yet? Leave the tenant fields empty to create the unit vacant.
- 4Save. The unit gets its own record — lease, charges, documents and messages all live with it.
Good to know
Adding several units at once? Properties → Import takes a CSV file and gives you a template to start from.
On a full plan, adding another unit is blocked until you upgrade or free a slot — see Plan limits.
