Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of rental units: Starter — up to 3, Pro — up to 25, Business — unlimited. The limit applies to rental units only — tenants and team members are never counted.

At the limit, anything that would add another active rental unit is blocked: creating a unit, accepting a tenant invitation that fills a vacant unit, restoring a unit from the archive, or renewing an archived lease. Everything you already manage keeps working.

Nothing is ever deleted because of a limit. If a plan change made in Stripe's billing portal leaves you above the new limit, your data stays intact — you just can't add more until you upgrade or free a slot.
