Accept an invitation
Open your invitation link, set a password, and land in your tenant portal — your lease, rent status, documents and messages.
Step by step
- 1Open the link in the invitation email — the page shows who invited you, the workspace, and the email it was sent to.
- 2New to RUMA? Enter your name and create a password of at least 10 characters. Already a RUMA tenant? Confirm your existing password.
- 3Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
- 4You land in your tenant portal: your lease, rent and balance, shared documents, and messages with your landlord.
- 5Next time, sign in as usual at Log in with the same email and password.
Good to know
The link expires after 7 days and works once — if it expired, ask your landlord to re-invite you.
You see only your own lease. The landlord's other properties are never visible to you, and tenant access is free — there's nothing for a tenant to pay RUMA.
