File types and size limits
The one rule for every file in RUMA — documents, receipts, repair photos, and message attachments.

Formats: PDF, JPG and PNG. The same rule applies everywhere a file is attached — documents, payment receipts, repair photos, message attachments.
Size: up to 20 MB per file.
One file per attachment: each document is one file, and a message carries one attachment. An upload that doesn't finish expires after 15 minutes — just start it again.
An unsupported type or an oversized file is rejected with a clear error, and nothing partial is stored.
A workspace's files share one 5 GiB storage pool. When it's full, new uploads are declined with a clear message until you delete documents you no longer need — nothing is ever removed automatically.
