Sign up as a landlord or property team, create your workspace, and start the 14-day trial — no card required.
Step by step
- 1Open Sign up and choose how you rent: as an individual or as a company (a company account also records your company name).
- 2Enter your name, email, and a password of at least 10 characters.
- 3Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
- 4Finish the short onboarding — it creates your workspace: the home for your properties, leases, documents and team.
- 5You start on a free 14-day trial. No card is collected, so nothing can be charged automatically.
Good to know
Tenants don't sign up here — a tenant joins through an invitation from their landlord. If you were invited, use the link in your invitation email.
After onboarding we email you a verification link. Verifying confirms your address; you can keep working while it's pending.
