Export your data
CSV exports for lists and reports, statement downloads for tenants, and machine-readable copies of your data.
Step by step
- 1Landlords and teams: Obligations, Documents and Approvals export to CSV, as does every report — rent roll, arrears and aging, owner statement, maintenance, lease expirations. Exports include every matching row, not just the visible page.
- 2Tenants: download your monthly or full account statement as CSV from your portal.
- 3A machine-readable copy of your data: tenants download theirs from account settings, and a workspace owner can download the whole workspace's data from Settings.
Good to know
CSV exports are formula-safe — values that could execute in a spreadsheet are escaped.
